Psicological and attitude tests interview

These are diagnostic tools that are used by experts and psychologist every time is it necessary to understand in more detail the attitude and the personality of the candidate in relation to the targeted duties to be covered at work.

These are suggested in these cases:

  • Public Competitions, where specific attitude tests are usually followed by private interviews or group interviews with different techniques of brain storming;

  • In the final phase of a selection before deciding to hire a candidate, or when you wish to know more about the aspects of the personality of the candidate so that he/she can be better placed.

  • Whit in the company: when it is needed to decide a promotion with more responsibilities of an employee and if it is wished to evaluate the capabilities expressed by the worker in the past with reference to his future abilities in a new position.

  • To double check the selection of one or more candidates made directly by the company.

In these cases the psychologist will conduct an exam after having defined exactly with the company the goals and the type of position.
