Public competitions
This section that CALVELLI RSP has been managing with success for years is aimed at Public Bodies, Credit Institutes and other organisation that receive a high number of employment requests.
The selection in these cases has many technical, organisation and management problems besides having to choose the right procedure and tools to achieve high, impartial and objective results.
Our consultants have studied and perfected with experience formulas that can be modified depending on the number of candidates and of the environment in which the competition will take place. They have also perfected a system where the candidates are anonymous which gives a complete guarantee in the final list.
Based on the position offered and on the basic knowledge of the candidates special attitude tests are selected as well written knowledge tests.
The exams are evaluated within the Calvelli organisation, sometimes with the participation of experts from the company offering the positions.
Candidates that past the written exams will be called for a viva voce exam.
Our company will take on the management of the competition besides organising it.
