Our company is in continuos contact with the job market, this allows us to do on request specific studies and upgrades on wages for different positions (fringe benefits, etc.) and sectors.

Our data comes from:

  • The results acquired through the examination and comparison of wages perceived by workers contacted by CALVELLI RSP in the last six months from the requested date.
  • The different level of wages forecasted by the companies operating in the field of interest or similar position.

This information is taken through specific interviews with the Personnel Management.
