The evaluation system is created after
a deep analysis of the situation and of the new needs of the company and
the type of candidates that are available. A specifically structured test to better see motivations of the candidate
is added to the interview conducted by our consultant. The conclusions
that are deducted can be compared with the evaluations made by the company
on the abilities of the candidates.
